Cooking Something

I really like the How to Cook ... Something series on the NYTimes Bitten blog that Emily Weinstein writes. It makes me want to do something like that. What I think I will do is this: I go to Wegmans and buy something that I find interesting. Then, I will do my best to cook something with it. I may follow a recipe or attempt to make it up as I go. The results will be photographed and posted and discussed. It could work.
